Yesterday, the city wide network glitched again. 

The glitch became noticable through slight headaches (in areas that were affected less) to heavier pain as well as dizziness. This outfall lasted ca. half an hour and and caused massive delays in traffic and communication systems in the districts of SiMirco, OrasCom and INSCO. Apart from that, the outfall went by without any other major or dangerous incidents.
